Founded by Anthony Panzarino, MDP Projects is a family owned and operated business specialising in Construction, Fit-out, Planning and Project Management. Construction & Fit-out is imbedded within the generational roots of the family for over 55 years.

Construction & Fitout
MDP Projects underlying expertise is within construction and fit out. Given the multigenerational experience, MDP Projects understands the unique nature of every single project and the external factors that presents challenges which are pivotal to managing for a smooth project delivery.
Planning
A comprehensive understanding of the relevant plans and permits required is critical. MDP Projects specialises in driving the entire plans and permits process to ensure relevant certification is obtained in line with building standards and regulations. We find our clients take advantage of this service given the stringent processes involved, which is often timely and costly when conducted independently.
Early Contractor Involvement
Early Contractor Involvement is a fast and efficient means to bring a project to fruition. MDP Projects is highly skilled in this field and is part of why projects delivered by MDP Projects are successful given mitigation of risk involved to a project early on.
Project Management
MDP Projects has capability to undertake from a project management perspective, representing the client’s interest from start to finish. Project Management is generally timely, requiring speciality skill and knowledge to be able to successfully deliver. Ultimately, we know project management can be frustrating and costly if not done correctly and is why MDP Projects offers this as a service.
Maintenance & Repair
We know that any space requires attention from time to time and that repairs are needed. MDP Projects offers services no matter how small the job may be.
Manufacture
We have the capability and ability to locally manufacture any piece of joinery required to facilitate the timely execution of any project. Far too often we experience projects being delayed due to overseas supply and delivery of joinery which proves to be costly and timely, and not to forget the quality control issues encountered.
Design
MDP Projects offers an in house designer to conceptualise your vision, whether it is revitalising an existing space or embarking on a new retail venture. MDP Projects designer works in closely with our Director to ensure all buildability components are navigated through at initial planning stages to eliminate any risk at construction phase.
