ANTHONY PANZARINO

With over 35 years experience in Planning, Construction, Property Development & Real Estate, Anthony has a Masters Degree in Project Management, Degree in Land Economics, Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction and Advanced Diploma in Project Management. Anthony is currently a Planner on the Expert Panel at Ryde Council, New South Wales as well as holding both his commercial and residential builders license.

Anthony has successfully managed numerous high-profile projects for international organisations, providing expert guidance as a planner, consultant, project manager and head contractor. Anthony’s ability to complete multi-million dollar projects on time and within budget has earned him a loyal client base.

Anthony has developed longstanding relationships with all stakeholders that surround him and is the foundation for MDP Projects success today. Anthony is fiercely loyal, determined and resilient nature is why MDP Projects clients today value their relationship.

JULIAN BADAWI

Julian, a loyal and committed member of MDP Projects, carries over 12 years of experience and is a gyprocker and carpenter by trade. Julian’s hands on approach continues to pave way for his future.

Julian was formerly a Senior Maintenance Manager at a large scale construction and fitout company based in Sydney. This role allowed him to gain in-depth knowledge in planning, cost management and constructibility of various projects. Julian’s expertise and leadership skills were further honed during this period.

Julian developed a profound passion in project management and made the transition, focusing on fit-outs in the hospitality and commercial retail sectors. Some of the notable projects Julian managed throughout his career include El Camino Miranda, El Camino Entertainment Quarter and Winghaus Barangaroo.

ALAN KRAMER

Alan has been in the industry for over 30 years and continues to thrive in what he does. Alan holds certifications in Integrated Management System Accreditation, Work Health & Safety, Quality Management and Environmental Management. Alan’s expertise spans excavation, remediation, demolition and various construction types, including residential, industrial, commercial and specialist projects.

Alan’s career includes significant projects such as the design, construction and commissioning of Underground Petroleum Storage System (UPSS) upgrade works in Fairy Meadow, New South Wales and remedial works in Watson, Australian Capital Territory. Alan has also led the design, demolition and construction of a new 7-11 Service Station in Regentville, New South Wales.

JOE PANZARINO

Joe is an integral member of the MDP Projects team. Joe’s trade profession is carpentry and established his career in construction in 1988, holding his builders licence. Joe carries a distinct and unquestionable set of values and skills on every project to ensure a successful and smooth delivery to the highest of standards. Joe is well versed in project partnership, site management and importantly subcontractor management.

MDP Projects depends on Joe for his honest, reliable and trustworthy demeanour. Joe’s immaculate attention to detail, patient and calm nature is why he is a much respected individual on every single MDP Projects job site, reinforcing the foundations for MDP’s core values and client centricity.

PATRICK DAHDAH

Patrick has dedicated 31 years to mastering various trades within the industry. Patrick is well known for his hands-on approach, having developed a unique skill set as a fuel installer for major petrol stations like Caltex and Woolworths. Patrick’s career highlights include overseeing the construction of an eight-story gym in Bondi Junction for Virgin Active and being instrumental in building factories in Rouse Hill, New South Wales. Patrick’s versatility is evident in his ability to perform Victorian plaster work, ornate plaster work, refurbishments, detailed carpentry, brickworking, and plumbing.

GENNARO PANZARINO

Gennaro is a construction industry veteran with 55 years of experience. Gennaro has worked on Tier 1 projects for prestigious corporations like Mirvac Construction and Westfield Construction, specializing in gyprocking and plastering. Gennero’s humble attitude and ability to connect with people have been key to his long-standing success.

CHARLII EDWARDS

Charlii has always had a natural flair for creativity and arts and embarking upon the world of design was a seamless decision. Charlii has countless years experience within the design industry, working for over ten years for reputable national and international design and architecture firms. Charlii’s credentials include an Advanced Diploma in Design and a degree in Bachelor of Interior Architecture

Charlii has a distinct approach to working with clients to listen and understand the design intent they seek to achieve and brings fresh, creative and innovative ideas for consideration. Critical to this process is working collaboratively to achieve project goals as well as incorporating buildability and factoring in budgeting constraints.

JACKY LEE

Jacky is a highly skilled craftsman who leads the joinery division that consists of several skilled artisans specialising in manufacturing any piece of joinery to specification, with the highest attention to detail.
